We process and ship orders based on product availability, destination, carrier availability, supplier handling time, and any product-specific requirements. Some items may ship from different locations or suppliers. If an order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately.
Shipping estimates, when shown, are estimates only. Actual delivery timing may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, payment review, supplier timing, or other factors outside our direct control.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an address issue, contact us as soon as possible. We can review the request, but changes may not be possible after an order has entered processing or shipment.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, import duties, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges may be the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Custom, Wholesale, Private Label, and Sourcing Orders
Custom products, private label goods, wholesale orders, sourcing projects, samples, special packaging, and made-to-order items are reviewed separately. These orders may have different terms because they are prepared based on specific buyer requirements.
